The Chairman reference in this message
I feel very strongly about an incident which goes against my principles. Our Chairman has done a terrific job setting up this charity and I have devoted a significant proportion of my time to it but a line was crossed and you were penalised unfairly. I know you are aware that Paul is a magistrate. Only a small number of people know that Paul made unofficial enquiries about your trial before it commenced and used his position to encourage a guilty verdict from his colleagues. I was relieved to hear that you were finally acquitted. I know that Paul was very disappointed of this final outcome and infuriated that you appealed the decision.
Consider the following facts.
- I was convicted of an offence I did not commit.
- The advocates in court were astounded by the Magistrate’s absurd verdict.
- The case was successfully appealed.
- I received a tip-off.
Now consider this.
- Paul Brooks is an ex-Lancashire cop.
- Paul Brooks was a Magistrate (at that time).
- Paul Brooks has since retired from the Judiciary prior to an investigation into his conduct.
- Paul Brooks has publicly confirmed he acted criminally against me in another incident.
- Paul Brooks had the motive and ability to influence the Judiciary
- A person who would appear to be close the Paul Brooks sent this message? (“our chairman” & “only a small number know”)
The police and judiciary were both not interested in the above due to the ‘tip off’ being anonymous. Without a thorough investigation by the police or the judiciary, then this alleged serious criminal offence will go uninvestigated.

The North West Blood Bikes Lancs and Lakes handle extremely sensitive and confidential NHS patient data. After a recent (and alleged intentional) GDPR and Human Rights data breach occurred, the NHS has been asked to consider revoking the North West Blood Bikes from handling any patient data.
The NHS has been instructed, as of immediately, to deny NWBB any access to specific peoples data out of concern that a minority of volunteers have failed GDPR compliance for data handling and by doing so, brought the charity into disrepute.
The charity refusal to hold the individuals involved to account is putting the charity at risk.

In August 2021, North West Blood Bikes responded to a Subject Access Request. The disclosure that they provided shows that they did not erase my date as promised and as legally required to do.

]]>The Charity released some of this data of which, notes of an audio recording of a Charity meeting were disclosed.
Within the notes, and relating to Paul Ponting, Paul Brooks (the Chairman at the time) was recorded as saying
“I wanted a last dig at the bastard“
The full context of this communication has not been released and has again been requested pending referral to the ICO.
This derogatory and malicious comment relates to Mr Ponting after he was unlawfully dismissed from the charity (by Paul Brooks), highlighting the malice of this evil old man.
Paul Brooks is still believed to be a Magistrate in Lancashire, the judiciary has been notified.
In July 2021, the NWBB-LL charity admitted that Paul Brooks acted maliciously, unlawfully and criminally towards Mr Ponting. The above comment validates the malicious intent of Paul Brooks towards what was a genuine volunteer of the Charity, trying to help the NHS.
More worryingly, the NWBB-LL Committee (at the time) buried these minutes and then went on to try and defend themselves and Brooks from legal action caused by Paul Brooks actions. This cost the charity substantial funds, the claim was settled out of court.
Further information within the SAR by Paul Brooks is too obscene to be published and has resulted in a police report. It will also result in an additional GDPR data breach claim against the charity.
Paul Brooks has never been held to account for his malicious and criminal actions, the charity still sees him as an appropriate member even though he has brought the charity into disrepute which is contrary to the Charity constitution.

NWBB has admitted (after a costly 3-year legal battle) that the actions of the then Chairman, Paul Brooks, were malicious and unlawful and also that the conduct was a Criminal offence of Harassment!
The admission reads;
These admissions by the Committee followed a desperate attempt by NWBB to bully Mr Ponting using Harrison Drury Solicitors, which failed.
NWBB then tried to ignore Mr Ponting, hoping he would go away, so after following pre-action protocol, Mr Ponting issued civil proceedings.
Mr Ponting, a law degree student, fought them as a Litigant in Person after sacking off his own solicitor, Cobleys, who failed to act in his best interests. Mr Ponting decided he had a better chance of success on his own.
As a result, Mr Ponting was successful in a substantial financial settlement of almost EIGHT TIMES what Cobleys tried to force him to settle. Cobley’s only aim appeared to protect their own financial interest after they made several blunders, putting them into breach of their contract with Mr Ponting.
In addition to the financial settlement, Mr Ponting successfully negotiated that his voluntary status is changed from ‘dismissed’ to ‘resigned‘, a term that was actively encouraged by the Court during a failed attempt by the Charity to have Mr Ponting’s claim struck out.
Mr Ponting successfully challenged this strikeout application single-handedly, where the court accepted Mr Ponting’s legal submissions and rejected the application, even going on to advise the Charity to re-enter negotiations or serve a defence to the already submitted particulars of claim.
Mr Ponting’s planned defence for challenging the strikeout was, in fact reviewed by a Barrister, George Murray, who told Mr Ponting he had ‘no chance‘ of winning. Undeterred, Mr Ponting attended the hearing and won.
Further terms negotiated by Mr Ponting were that the Charity is to issue a pre-agreed apology on the front page of their website for no less than 41 days, this being the same duration as the article that Paul Brooks had written about Mr Ponting.
The apology includes an admission that their ex-Chairman, Paul Brooks, acted maliciously and unlawfully.
Although Mr Brooks is no longer an office holder of the Charity, he is, remarkably, still a member, even though his actions have brought the Charity into disrepute.
The Charity has been called to dismiss Paul Brooks for bringing the charity into disrepute and causing not only significant damage to their reputation but also a significant dent in their finances.
The Charity was told by Mr Ponting that he believes Mr Brooks should cover these financial losses in full as they were caused wholly by Paul Brook’s vindictive and malicious actions. The costs should not be covered by public donations, this is now a matter for the charity and its donors to decide.
Mr Ponting has also invoked further legal action directly against Paul Brooks for other matters.
After being notified of these pending legal actions against him, Paul Brooks tried to persuade the charity to renege on their legal agreement and to withhold the damning apology (now published). The Charity is aware of their legal obligations to publish the apology and that Mr Brooks, once again, has tried to encourage the charity to act unlawfully.

What is more concerning is Paul Brooks is a Magistrate and appears to have taken a ‘freebie‘ from the Police.
The Freebie was a £7,000+ police motorcycle that was devalued by the police to only £1,500 so it did not trigger any alarm bells.
