Ongoing litigation with NWBB over a further and more sinister data breach has led to a request for their liability insurers, but they have refused, saying, via their legal representation Mark Rankin, that this is private information.
On speaking with the Charity Commission, they advised that any Charity should provide their insurance details to any potential claimant.
